First Reconciliation & First Communion

  Children in grade 2 and older that have been baptized or made the Profession of Faith in the Catholic Church can register for the Sacrament Preparation Program. This is a combined program with First Communion.
  First Reconciliation preparation must be prepared for & celebrated before First Communion. This registration form is for both sacraments.
